How often to replace dermaroller?

After one and a half year of using, I replaced my 0,5 mm dermaroller with a new one. Must admit that I can feel the difference when needling, although I hadn't recognized any diminishing in the results recently.

Anyhow, it's obvious that the needles of the old roller are not as sharp as in the new one. So I guess you should change dermaroller at least once a year.

I use a dermaroller of very good quality, which has interchangeable needle heads. Thanks to this, changing needle head is not expensive at all.
