A fresh mouth

White teeth and a fresh mouth have a big impact on the impression that you make to people.

I have always been very careful with my mouth hygiene: I have brushed my teeth carefully, I have used dental floss and so on. Nonetheless, I sometimes noticed that my breathing smelled bad, and I guessed that was because of the white coating on my tongue, and the small white plaque bungs in my throat.

I found out, that both of these offer an optimal breeding ground for bad smelling bacterial sulfur compound, and how it is possible to prevent it. The answer is cleaning your tongue and using zink salts.
So, I ordered a tongue scrape and SB12 products from the drugstore. There are different serials of SB12. I use the lilac one. Every morning after brushing my teeth, I scrape my tongue (which is quite a disgusting thing), and gargle with SB12 oral care. After lunch I have an SB12 chewing gum, and in the evening I brush my teeth with SB12 toothpaste. My bad breath is gone!

Teeth whitening

I became curious when social media kept praising a product called Warpaint.
100 % natural bleach and good results. I just had to try it. I really got positively surprised!
Immediately after the first time using it, I recognized the difference, and now after using it a couple of weeks, I would never go back to the chemical bleaches I used before. Warpaint should not be used in the same way as traditional bleaches, but daily, when washing your teeth.
I'm quite sold :)

I have whitening my teeth regularly for many years before this, and I have been satisfied. My first whitening was done at the dentists, and for that he made a bite splint to put on my teeth while bleaching.
After that first time, I have done the bleaching myself at home, and I have used the bite splint every time. It prevents the bleaching gel to run into the mouth. I have used different bleaching gels, and I haven't noticed any big differences between them.
