Fillers

Fillers are easy to find. With fillers you can fill lines and wrinkles, shape the form of your face and make your lips full. The results usually last for 6-12 months. Complementary fills might prolong the effect.

I use revanesse regularly to fill my lips, and I am satisfied with it. If you consider using fillers, you should make sure that the beautician is an expert on what she is doing. She (or he) should also have the aesthetic eye, and not only control the technique (also important, of course).

Revanesse

Revanesse is a gel that is biogradeable breaked down in the body. It is based on natural hyaluronic acid. I take revanesse to my lips 1-2 times a year. It's a fast operation, the result is visible immediately, and at least so far I havn't got any bruises or other marks. I have even done it at lunch, and gone straight back to work after having it.

I have been lucky to find a professional beautician, who also has that aesthetic eye. She has the abiliti to put it exactly in the right places. The direction of the corners of my mouth is a little downwards from nature, and also to this the filler helps. Makes me smile 😊
I am really satisfied with the result, it looks very natural. 

Restylane

Restylane is a crystal clear gel, which is injected into, or in some cases under the skin in small quantities. It consists of hyaluronic acids of the same kind that are in your body. I guess it could be used in the same way as revanesse.

For me, one beautician also tried to lift my brows with it. Afterwards I have been thinking, that she was totally unprofessional: restylane has no lift effect, it only fills. At least it didn't lift my brows a bit.

Radiesse

Radiesse is a water-based filler that is biogradeable breaked down in the body. It is used in different areas than revanesse and restylane. It's for example too thick to fill the lips with. I have once taken radiesse to my cheeks, and I was satisfied. I also think that the result remained longer than with other fillers that I have tested.
